		<description><![CDATA[<p>When it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, exercising is only half the equation.  You need to fuel your body with proper nutrition.  We&#8217;re here to teach you how to do just that.  We&#8217;ll keep it short and simple for you:</p>

Read your lables.  Educate yourself on what you&#8217;re actually putting into your body.  If you don&#8217;t recognize most of the ingredients, put it back on the shelf.
Eat REAL food.  Try to eliminate processed foods.  Eat your fruits, veggies, nuts, and lean meats (turkey and chicken).
Eliminate sugar.  The American Heart Association recommends women having only 24 grams of sugar a day and 36 grams a day for men.  Natural sugars found in fruit don&#8217;t count.  That&#8217;s the good sugar.  Just to put it in perspective: one (1) 12 oz bottle of Mountain Dew has 47 grams of sugar.  Read your lables!
