GC Fit Bootcamp is a 4 week session consisting of 18 45-minute instructor led workouts. The workouts
are intense, fast paced, and never boring. You will not experience the same workout twice during any 4
week session. We include strength training using body weight and resistance bands as well as cardio
and interval training.
We're located all around Green Country. You can find us in Adair, Bartlesville, Choctaw, Claremore, Collinsville, Foyil, Harrah, Langley, Pryor, Owasso, Vinita, and Verdigris. Come find us.
